Safety Programs Including Manuals and/or Orientations
Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations (NB), companies with 20+ employees are required to establish and maintain a written Health and Safety Program. Dowling Enterprise now offers a complete solution, from creation to implementation.

Site Inspections (Monthly or as Required)
Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (NB), Employers are required to ensure that the place of employment is inspected at least once a month to identify any risks to the health and safety of its employees. Dowling Enterprise is now able to provide this service at an hourly rate on a one-time or recurring basis.
This service includes:
- A detailed walkthrough of the jobsite, facility, or workplace to assess compliance with company standards and applicable occupational health and safety regulations performed by an experienced safety professional,
- Identification of safety hazards and regulatory deficiencies,
- Practical, easy-to-implement recommendations tailored to your operations,
- A written report outlining all findings and guidance for corrective actions, and/or

Equipment Inspections
Annual fall protection equipment inspections are mandatory for Canadian workplaces and must be performed by a competent or qualified person to ensure the equipment is safe and compliant with safety regulations, such as CSA and Occupational Health and Safety standards. These inspections, along with a documented pre-use check before each use, help maintain worker safety, extend equipment life, and protect against liability.

Training Programs
From fall protection, confine space entry and equipment’s, our programs cover essential safety skills, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application. All trainings end with certification, and it is good for 3 years.
